In this session, participants will:

Led by Suzi Geiger, an experienced Yoga & Movement Educator and Bodywork Specialist with over 20 years of experience. Suzi specializes in helping individuals manage injuries and reduce pain, including back and shoulder discomfort. She is certified in restorative yoga, embodied anatomy, and kinesiology, and is known for her thoughtful, adaptive instruction tailored to individual needs.
