Brains in Action: How Purpose Keeps Us Sharp

Staying mentally active isn’t just about keeping busy, it is about engaging your brain in meaningful ways. In this webinar, we will explore how purpose-driven activities can strengthen brain health, boost resilience, and even help protect against cognitive decline.

Join us to learn how cognitive engagement, problem-solving, learning new skills, and social connection contribute to brain resilience, and discover how integrating purpose into your daily life can make a real difference even in the face of disease.

In this workshop, we’ll cover:

  • How cognitive reserve and lifestyle choices help protect your brain

  • Ways to engage your mind through learning, problem-solving, and social interaction

  • The brain-boosting benefits of volunteering, including reducing loneliness and fostering social connections

  • Examples of meaningful activities that support cognitive health and purpose
