Chronic pain and physical discomfort can affect every aspect of daily life, from sleep and mobility to mood and overall well-being. In this calming and supportive SideCircle session, we’ll explore how mindfulness and meditation practices can help reduce stress, ease tension, and create a healthier relationship with pain.
Through guided techniques and practical tools, participants will learn simple ways to quiet the nervous system, increase body awareness, and cultivate greater resilience in the face of discomfort. The session will also discuss the connection between stress, anxiety, and pain, and how mindfulness practices may help support both emotional and physical well-being.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. This workshop is designed to be accessible, gentle, and supportive for all levels.
